For years I have avoided ordering flowers from out of town services/florists, but I had the need to send flowers to my sister-in-law in another city for her birthday. I found TCU Florist and Flower Delivery and chose it because it was close to my sister-in-law's house. My sis-in-law texted me a pic and a thank you when they arrived. She was SO happy! The flowers looked almost exactly like the picture on the web site and I was so impressed! Knowing that it's not always possible to get the exact bouquet you want when you order online, it was such a lovely gift to get what I ordered and have my sis-in-law be so happy with her delivery. TCU Florist was able to create and deliver a beautiful bouquet of flowers to a friend in the hospital as requested. I was there when they were delivered, the biggest roses I have ever seen. After words I went to their location let them know how good of a job they did and ordered a bouquet for my wife too.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This flower shop created a gorgeous pink bouquet to celebrate the arrival of our granddaughter. The bouquet was full of color and had a wonderful variety of pretty flowers. They delivered the bouquet early to hospital and the hospital did not deliver to our kids room. This flower shop went the extra mile and picked up the flowers from the hospital and delivered to their home. I'll use them again and again!

I received these flowers as a gift, and they are SO BEAUTIFUL!! I don’t know whom to thank for the wonderful arrangement, but I also wanted to give a shout out to Joe, the deliverer. I was not at home at the time of delivery, and he called, left me a voicemail, and texted me to make sure I knew the flowers were left on the front porch. I had to be out for 3 hours and worried about the flowers in the heat, but Joe had looked at the situation and placed the flowers in the best spot and even made a paper “shade” to protect the bouquet. I am very impressed with TCU Florist! Thank you for service above and beyond.
